Since childhood, I have studied the shamanic path. And as I moved to Costa Rica in 2012, my studies took a fast transformational step when I met with many of my earthly teachers as I studied closely with shamans for several years. During that time, I received the blessing of sharing several of our sacred ceremonies with others. Such as the Mexica Sweat Lodge, Women Circles and Pipe Ceremony.

I have studied the sacred plant of the Amazonian jungle as well as traditional herbalism, with American and Caribbean teachers. And thereafter, with the plants themselves. This have had a deep effect on my teaching, guidance and how I everyday chose to live my life today.

I am Highly Sensitive (HSP) and, thus, communicating with the earth has helped me to better understand my life and work here. My sensitivity and understanding of it are useful and powerful sources in my work as an Energy Communicator and Creator.

Since I was little, I have practiced the shamanic path in observing, interpreting and listening to emotions, signs and symbols. As I grew older, my academic studies continued in this field as I studied literature, languages and communication. At the most, I studied five languages at the same time. I continued to study life, communications and cultures while traveling and working as a writer and communicator on-site and online for various wellness businesses. Later, my work evolved into coaching and teaching heart-centered communication for conscious entrepreneurs.

Besides travels in Europe, Asia and South America, I have lived longer periods in Australia, Norway, and Costa Rica. Today, I live with my family in the south of Sweden where we journey towards self-sufficiency and freedom- living the life we imagined. My little boys are my greatest teachers and wisdom keepers. I speak and interpret three earthly languages; English, Swedish and Spanish. I also speak and interpret symbolism, the language of the spirits (or ”the shaman’s language”), and pure energy.

This type of intuitive communication is what signifies my teaching and art. I interpret and transmit energy/light language into form. I am a transformational guide, meaning I help prepare you for your journey and I am there next to you as you walk the threshold.
