This retreat is for you who:
want to start the summer with calm and harmony in body and mind,
are curious of what yoga is about or want to deepen your existing practice,
are curious about or already know that you enjoy sound healing and profound relaxation exercises,
would like to deepen your yoga practice through an intensive course but without filling up your days,
want to release stress and related ailments such as headache, stiff neck and sleeplessness,
want to enjoy the Swedish countryside of Småland during summer days combined with yogic practice such as movement, meditation, pranayama, chanting and sharing.
