symbol of fertility, abundance, growth and healing. All over the world, we find plants in the Plantago family and she’s traditionally used to heal wounds. 

Traditional uses include:

The symbol of Magdalene and the goddess path. A powerful spiritual medicine and traditional woman’s herb. 

I harvest my own roses and use them in rituals and ceremonies. 

Rose 🌹 is traditionally used for eg:

🌹to stop or start bleeding, depending how you work with her

🌹lighten the spirit /mood

The rose is one of my favorites in my medicine garden. Use her to call in more of the divine feminine, to connect with the aspect of the Magdalene, feminine mystic and mysticism.

symbol of woman and the divine mother. She gathers the drops of morning dew in her cup and shows us the road to maturity. 

Lady’s mantle is traditionally used as a women’s herb to:

Valerian

is a goddess of seduction. Her vibrating fragrance lures us to smile and relax. She’s a symbol of beauty, rest and peace.

is a symbol of Light, gold, lion and the goddess Sekhmet. She always appears after the mid summer peak, reminding us that our blood is red.
