Bhakti Flow
A warm and flowing yoga asana (poses) class that starts and ends with chanting of mantras (repetitions of vibrations) relating to the theme of the class. Focus is on setting intentions, the philosophy of yoga, listening to the inner rhythm and devotion to the Divine.
