What did I really DO in Costa Rica?

When I moved back to Sweden in 2016, no one really understood what I worked with. 

I had a couple of gigs with friends. Kept a few clients from across the ocean. But I felt it was a dead end. 

And so I was asked to teach yoga. 

Sure, I went on the yoga train. 

Soon, I started sharing my practices around the female body; cycles, blood wisdom, birth and postpartum. 

Shortly after Orión arrived, Yoginis and Mamas was born. 

One thing led to another. I suddenly found myself having “a yoga place” in the city, in Southern Sweden. 

Something I NEVER wanted. 

I knew it was just a step on the road. 

Leading me somewhere. 

Seeing it all as practice. 

And I knew it had to STOP. 

So what did I really do in Costa Rica ? 

I was leading Conscious Business Communication projects and mentorships. 

Helping conscious entrepreneurs, light workers and shamans to bridge their gifts with business. 

Sharing without selling. 

Heart to heart business. 

Helping them find the What and the How to go to proudly present themselves and their work/offerings to the world.
